This program is designed to create an intense and competitive on-ice and off-ice training environment for A/AA/AAA players committed to learning and to working hard to make themselves better hockey players. The class is limited to 24 players; enroll early
to avoid disappointment!
Tuition: $325 for forwards and defensemen
Goalies are free but need to pre-register
There is no goalie instruction - we only take 4

Kirk Vickers-Owner of TRIAD Performance Gym and Training Center has been a respected figure in the Michigan sports community for more than two decades. Kirk has established himself as a premier athletic trainer and entrepreneur. This former Head Athletic Trainer for the Detroit Red Wings has been voted twice as one of “America’s Top 100 Trainers” by Men’s Journal Magazine. |
Kirk earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University. Over the years he has developed a strong reputation in the community working with many high level high school, collegiate, club and professional sports programs as well as individual athletes. Kirk is considered to be an expert in injury prevention and performance enhancement. He has many years of clinical experience with a vast knowledge of biomechanics allowing him to improve athletic performance through movement and exercise while increasing injury resistance.
Kirk currently owns and operates TRIAD Health & Fitness, a high performance fitness and training facility in Farmington Hills, MI. His facility not only specializes in working with athletes of all levels, but also anyone wishing to improve their level of health, fitness, and/or day-to-day function.
