Suburban Hockey's highly popular Adult Hockey Skills & Conditioning Series is a unique instructional experience for adult hockey players of all ability levels. Whether you are a novice player, a former youth player finally scraping the rust off your skate blades after 10 or 15 years or have played the game all of your life, you don't want to miss it.

ADVANCED BREAKFAST CLUB CLASS Faster-paced, up-tempo program for players who have advanced skating and puckhandling skills. Players must receive instructor permission prior to admission into the program. Offered only at:

PRIME TIME CLASSES Evening program offered only at:
- Suburban Training Center
Tuesdays 8:30-10:00 pm
- Onyx - Rochester Ice Arena
Wednesdays 8:15-9:45 pm
BONUS! One of the 10 sessions for each Breakfast Club group will be held at Joe Louis Arena (all Prime Time sessions will be held at STC and the Onyx).
Program Format
- Two 10-week programs - all players (except goalies) who sign up for both sessions get a $30 discount off the second session.
- Players attend one session per week at their registered location.
- 30 players and 3 goaltenders accepted in each class.
- Players are matched by experience and skill level for all competitive drills and scrimmage situations.
- Professional coaching of:
- individual skating technique to improve balance, agility, quickness, speed and control - stickhandling, passing, shooting and checking skills (no body checking allowed) - offensive and defensive concepts - individual and team positional play
- Situational scrimmages each session.
- On-ice skill development circuit training, videotape analysis and radar gun testing.
- Jersey and player resource booklet of written materials provided.
- Discounted Fitness Center membership available at Suburban Training Center in Farmington Hills
