Players grouped by age and ability in each class, and the lesson plan is adapted to ensure that every player is challenged to improve

Quick & Fast
Power skating training in quick starts, rapid acceleration, quick directional changes, foot quickness, lateral movement, powerful stride.
Shoot to Score
Technique training in proper shooting, shooting while moving, scoring skills, wrist shots, backhand shots, and snap and slap shots (if applicable).
2 - Day Clinics:
Power Skating & Puck Skills:
8U and 9 & Up
Program focuses on individual skill development with an emphasis on balance and edge control, stickhandling and puck control. Half of each class will be devoted to power skating with the second half concentrating on puck skill development.
