COVID-19 Updates

Building Closures due to COVID-19

As you may have heard the ice arenas we utilize, Suburban Ice Farmington Hills, Suburban Ice Macomb, John Lindell-Royal Oak, Novi Ice Arena and the Onyx-Rochester Ice Arena are all temporarily closed, with all programming suspended, due to COVID-19 restrictions.

At this immediate time, this will require a suspension of our Breakfast Club program which is our only active program at the moment.  There will be no Breakfast Club classes on March 18th or 19th.

We ask for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time and as we work through the logistics of these temporary closures.

We will continue to closely monitor developments regarding COVID-19 and will resume operations and our programming once the situation is deemed appropriate to do so. In the meantime, we will provide pertinent updates via our social media channels and here on our website.

Update as of June 1st, 2020

On June 1, the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order for the state of Michigan was lifted. However, ice arenas are amongst the businesses that are still prohibited from reopening under the current executive order.

The executive order that affects ice arenas states, "Indoor services or facilities, or outdoor services or facilities involving close contact of persons, for amusement or other recreational or entertainment purposes, such as amusement parks, arcades, bingo halls, bowling alleys, indoor climbing facilities, indoor dance areas, skating rinks, trampoline parks, and other similar recreational or entertainment facilities remain closed."
