Class Descriptions
Stickhandling & Puck Control
Technique training in the art of stickhandling including quick hands and feet, moves, deking, faking, puck protection, creating space and awareness.
Quick & Fast
Power Skating training in quick starts, rapid acceleration, quick directional changes, foot quickness, lateral movement, powerful stride.
Shoot to Score
Technique training in proper shooting, shooting while moving, scoring skills, wrist shots, backhand shots, and snap and slap shots (if applicable).
