RYAN RUNNING

  • Grew up playing youth and junior hockey in metro Detroit

  • Played 5 years of ACHA hockey at Ferris State University

  • Former Ferris State ACHA associate head coach and NCAA gradate assistant

  • Has been working in hockey skill development for 12+ years

  • Hockey Director with Rochester Rattlers

  • College roller hockey national champion

  • 9 year coaching career across AA and AAA levels (coached in 3 state championships)

MITCH CALLAHAN

  • Grew up playing minor hockey in Los Angeles for the Jr Kings organization

  • Played 3 seasons in the WHL for the Kelowna Rockets

  • 10-year professional playing career with the Red Wings, Oilers, and across Europe

  • Current Honeybaked Tier 1 Head coach

  • Athlete Academy assistant skills coach

Founded in 1974 in Dearborn, Michigan, SHS has always taken pride in our ability to remain at the forefront of hockey skill development and education by creating an environment to attract skilled and passionate instructors and continually develop and implement progressional teaching methods that help players develop their skills and passion for the game.
