Hockey is a game of speed, agility, and control - in every direction. This clinic is designed to help players become more explosive and efficient on the ice. With age-specific progressions, skaters will develop proper stride mechanics, improve straight-line acceleration, and master edge control for sharper lateral movement. It’s not just about skating fast - it’s about skating smart.

PLAYMAKING & PUCK SKILLS
Confidence with the puck separates good players from great ones. This clinic develops the stickhandling, passing, and shooting skills players need to take control of the game - and make things happen. With age-specific drills and situational training, players will learn to handle the puck under pressure, read the ice, and make the smart, effective plays in all areas of the ice.

OFF-ICE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Off-ice performance training prepares hockey players to maximize their on-ice session by focusing on mobility, strength, speed, and dynamic movement. Our clinic off ice improves strength, quickness and stability which prepares athletes to hit the ice ready to be their best.

Cancellation Policy:
Account credits will be issued for all cancellations made more than ONE WEEK before the start of the program - NO REFUNDS. Account credits are non-transferable to any other Suburban Ice Arena or Non-Suburban Hockey School Program. At any point in time if a check is processed, a $35 processing fee will be applied.
