Class Descriptions:

Quick & Fast: Power skating training in quick starts, rapid acceleration, quick directional changes, foot quickness, lateral movement, powerful stride, and full-speed puck control.

Shoot to Score: Technique training in proper shooting, shooting while moving, scoring skills, wrist shots, backhand shots, snap shots, and slap shots (if applicable).
Cancellation Policy:
Credit Certificates will be issued for all cancellations made by noon the day before the program. No refunds.
