PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
MIGHTY MITES (Ages 4-8):
Technique training on skating, balance, edgework, puck skills and skills games. Classes are 50 minutes long once per week. If you can skate, you can play!
MINI MITES (Ages 5-6):
Classes consist of two 50-minute sessions per week with skill instructional practices and zoned instructional games.
MITES (Ages 7-8):
Classes consist of two, 50-minute sessions per week with skill instructional practices and zoned instructional games.
8U SPRING SUPER SERIES (Ages 7-8):
A program to give your young hockey player a fun, exciting and low-pressure way to stay on the ice this Spring. For players who are enrolled in the Mite program (above) and are ready for structured competition in a high-energy environment. Perfect bridge program between skill development and real-game competition. There will be an evaluation skate during the week of April 1st at the John Lindell Ice Arena - Royal Oak
10U/12U | GIRLS 9-12:
Technique training on forward and backward stride, stopping, starting, turning, puck control, passing and shooting. Positional play and game situational drills. The perfect environment to learn and understand while actually doing and discovering!
FULL HOCKEY EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED • JERSEYS ARE PROVIDED
Cancellation Policy:
Account credits will be issued for all cancellations made more than ONE WEEK before the start of the program - NO REFUNDS. Account credits are non-transferable to any other Suburban Ice Arena or Non-Suburban Hockey School Program. At any point in time if a check is processed, a $35 processing fee will be applied.
